How it works:
Weekly one-hour Zoom calls that guide you through our twelve core leadership tools designed to strengthen clarity, decision-making, identity, communication, emotional health, and executive presence. Strategic Planning Intensive

A year-long strategic process that aligns your executive team around vision, priorities, and a clear path for execution.


How it works:
We begin with a one-hour onboarding Zoom call with key leaders followed by a two-day on-site strategic planning session. During those two days we clarify mission, vision, values, priorities, initiatives, and organizational health. After the onsite, we walk with your team through quarterly review sessions and one annual one-day reset to keep the plan alive, aligned, and moving forward all year long.

Life Alignment Intensive

A guided deep-dive that helps leaders get clear on identity, purpose, season, and direction so they can lead from a grounded, healthy place.

How it works:
A one-hour Zoom call for pre-work and preparation, followed by two full days together working through identity, calling, story, strengths, constraints, patterns, goals, and relational and vocational clarity. You leave with a written plan that aligns your life and leadership for the next season.
